ComoCoffee.com uses PayQuake and PayPal as a payment option. PayQuake accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus and American Express for orders placed online or via our toll-free number. This technology ensures that the information remains private and secure.

Shipping Information
Orders will normally be shipped the same day or next day of checkout, based on product availability. In the unlikely event that the item(s) you selected are not available, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone. We do not split and ship orders at this time. If we need to back order an item from your purchase, your order will be held until the order can be fulfilled. Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or FedEx, at ComoCoffee.com's discretion. Orders are shipped before 5:00 p.m. PST. At checkout, you may select "Express Shipping" for an additional charge. Most "Express Shipping" orders will be processed within one business day after checkout, pending credit card approval and product availability. We ship express shipments Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via USPS or FedEx. USPS express service is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. USPS Next Day is not available to PO Boxes. Please note ship time for the following delivery methods: Express Shipping: 3-4 business days*
2 Day: 2-3 business days*
Next Day: 1-2 business days*

The ComoCoffee.com shipping & handling rates are based on FedEx rate finder.


International Orders
We do not accept international order at this time.


Sales Tax
Here is no sales tax on food. There is sales tax on shipping, coffee accessories, gift packages and coffee machines. No sales tax is charged on gift certificates.


Gift Cards
The ComoCoffee.com Gift Card is an electronic gift card program designed for our customers to buy and send the gift card on-line. The ComoCoffee.com Gift Card allows the customer the freedom of selecting the dollar value on the card. The amount on the gift card will expire after 1 year, if no activite has occured. If the full value of the card is not redeemed, the remaining balance may be used for future purchases.


Returns and Exchanges
You have up to 30 days from the date your order was shipped to return any unopened merchandise. Returning to ComoCoffee.com; Circle the item(s) you are returning on the front side of the packing slip enclosed with your order. Select the reason for the return from the list of choices on the back of the packing slip.
You may receive a replacement of the item(s) ordered or a refund on the credit card you used for purchasing. Please indicate your preference on the back of the packing slip. Replacement items will be shipped to you free of charge, and sent to the address on the front of the packing slip.
Enclose the completed packing list with the item you are returning. (It's a good idea to make a copy for your records.) Package the item(s) securely (in the original package if possible), and send back to ComoCoffee.com using the preprinted shipping label on the front of the packing slip. For your protection, ship via FedEx or USPS Proof of Delivery and Insuranced Package. Packages must be returned prepaid. Please note that shipping and handling are nonrefundable. For exchanges, we will gladly pay the shipping back to you. Also, individually packaged items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
